In case of any queries on SIM swap therefore, MTN customers are referred to any of the following MTN touch points nearest to them by region, to enable them reconnect to MTN. The process is simple:
Walk in to any of the Touch Points indicated in the table below Complete a SIM swap Verification Form Provide a copy of your valid I.D Pay a fee of 1,500/= only Reconnect and enjoy the MTN services.
