Twitter has been on a roll since the launch of Twitter ‘Fleet’ –  a new feature that enables Twitter users to join in on momentary, or trending conversations without actually tweeting about it on the timeline – and Spaces late last year.
Space is an audio-only feature modeled after popular audio-chat platform, Clubhouse. When it launched Spaces, Twitter said it believes “the human voice can bring a layer of connectivity to the platform [Twitter] through emotion, nuance, and empathy often lost in text.” Spaces received a warm reception from Twitter users, especially users with Android devices who felt left out by Club house’s decision to build its platform for only IOS devices. How to Schedule Spaces For Later

At the moment, hosts can only schedule a Twitter space for up to 14 days in advance. A host can, however, still create impromptu spaces in that time, but can only have a max of one upcoming scheduled space.

First, you need to open up Spaces Tap Schedule for later and pick the date and time you’d like to schedule your space to go liveThen hit ‘Next‘

You can then invite listeners to your scheduled space via Twitter DM, a link, or via a tweet. As your scheduled start time approaches, you will receive push and in-app notifications reminding you to start your space on time. You can also cancel your scheduled Space at any time. Guests can sign up for reminder notifications from a scheduled space card in a Tweet. When the Host starts the scheduled space, subscribed guests will also get notified via push and in-app notifications.
